Jodi A. Bain
Jodi A. Bain, Esq., Public Member, brings extensive experience in law, business operations, finance and consulting. Ms. Bain worked with Barnes Jewish Hospital and the Missouri Baptist Hospital Ethical Oversight Review Board in the Saint Louis area as a young attorney. She then lived abroad for several years before moving back to Tucson, Arizona where she previously attended high school.
Ms. Bain is an AV® Preeminent Rated attorney among her peers and is licensed to practice law in Arizona & New York. She also speaks Spanish. Her client practice spans commercial law, real estate development, incubator innovation pro¬grams, partnerships, banking, mining, medical, food services and a variety of other regulatory, legislative and business matters.
Ms. Bain is also an Arizona licensed real estate broker. She has served on various community boards including WorldCare, Handmaker, TMC Foundation, Angel Charity, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Tucson and is a Flinn-Brown Fellow with the Arizona Center for Civic Leadership. Ms. Bain’s accomplishments were acknowledged in 2010 when she was recognized in southern Arizona as one of ten ‘Woman of Influence.’ She has previously served on state boards.
Ms. Bain received her undergraduate degree from Brandeis University in Massachusetts, holds a Masters in International Economic Affairs from George Washington University, a Juris Doctorate from Washington University in St. Louis, a LL.M from Universidad Carlos III De Madrid, Spain, and recently completed an executive program at Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
